Privacy
Your details are used only by me to contact you about what you asked. They are never sold, rented or put on a lead list.
What this site collects
- What you enter on the booking form: where you live, what you'd like to talk about, your name, phone number and email, whether you'd prefer video, how you found me if you tell me, and what the video was about if you tell me.
- The consent wording you agreed to, with the date and time you sent the form.
- The time you book on my calendar.
- If you came from one of my videos, which video it was. That label comes from the link and says nothing about you.
- If you tell me you live in another state, I add one to that state's count. Nothing about you is kept.
This site has no ad trackers and no outside analytics. I never ask for your Medicare number on this site.
Who can see it
Only I see it, apart from these others, and only as far as they need to:
- Google Workspace, which holds my form, calendar, email and call recordings.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and keeps ordinary server logs, including your device's internet address.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the lettering on this site. Your browser asks Google for it when a page loads, so Google sees your device's internet address.
- An insurer, and any agency I work through for that insurer, if you choose to apply for one of its plans.
- Regulators, the insurers I'm contracted with, and the agencies I work through for some of them, when they audit my work.
Links in my videos may pass through a redirect run by my marketing vendor. It records the click, the video, the time, your browser type and the page you came from, and its server logs may hold your device's internet address. It doesn't record your name and isn't tied to your form.
Calls are recorded
I record calls about coverage, and I ask if that's okay at the start of the call. Recordings are kept as Medicare's rules require.
How long things are kept
- Form requests and any record of what you asked to discuss: at least 10 years.
- Call recordings: at least 6 years, and 10 years where a recording is the record of what you asked to discuss.
- A request to stop contacting you: 5 years, so I can keep honoring it.
Your choices
To stop hearing from me, tell me once: on a call, in a reply to any text or email from me, or at me@robhutchins.com. To see, correct or delete what I have about you, email me@robhutchins.com. Some records have to be kept for the periods above, and I'll tell you if that applies.
Do Not Track
This site doesn't track you across other websites, so it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Changes to this page
If this page changes, the new version goes here with a new effective date.
